ChocolateHQ answers a specific set of questions: what type of chocolate this is, where it came from, how it was made, why it tastes as it does, what goes with it, how to use it, and what the evidence supports about health.

It currently holds 1068 published records connected by 2257 authored relationships, drawing on 26sources. Every link between records is hand-authored with a written reason, because an unexplained “related to” is the standard way a knowledge site inflates its internal linking without adding information.

Content is held as validated structured records rather than as articles. Each entity type has a schema, and the schema enforces things that matter: a cacao variety record cannot be published without stating what remains unknown about the classification it uses, a tool cannot be published without declaring what it cannot tell you, and a health topic cannot be published without a section saying what its evidence does not show.

Those are not conventions that an editor is asked to follow. They are validation rules that fail the build.

It is not a recipe blog, not a brand review site, and not a manufacturer database. It publishes no ratings and ranks nothing. See the editorial policy for the reasoning behind each of those refusals.

The site is in private development and is not publicly indexed. Its most significant present limitation is recorded openly on sources and evidence: no source in the register has been verified at the passage level, which means no health topic can currently reach the top evidence tier even where the underlying science would support it.
