ChocolateHQ sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and has no accounts, logins or contact forms.

Its content security policy permits requests only to its own origin, which means no advertising network, tracking pixel, font service or embedded video can load — not as a matter of policy alone, but because the browser will refuse.

Any website receives your IP address and browser user-agent as an unavoidable part of serving a page, and the hosting provider may retain those in operational logs. That is infrastructure rather than a choice this site makes, and nothing is done with them here.

If you set a unit preference — Celsius or Fahrenheit, grams or ounces — it is stored in your own browser’s local storage and never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it. It is not a cookie and it does not identify you.

Tool inputs are not stored at all. The calculators run entirely in your browser and send nothing.

The site has an analytics interface with nothing behind it. Every event it can describe is restricted to enumerated values and catalogue identifiers, so no free text — no search term, no tasting note — can ever be included. Health-surface events are separately identified so that they can be excluded independently of everything else.

Nothing is dispatched today, and this page will be updated before anything is.
